We work with you and the client company to create an ongoing document to track the progress of the project and your responsibilities to its success.
Well before a project is scheduled to be completed, we confirm the end date with the client and begin to search for your next assignment. You can finish your responsibilities without worrying about where you'll go next.
We work with both the project manager and you throughout each assignment to identify and address expectations on an ongoing basis and monitor progress. At the conclusion of your assignment, we de-brief both PM and you to gather information for future engagements.
