  • We work directly with the client project manager and our consultants throughout each engagement. We help identify and address expectations, monitor progress, and navigate any unforeseen directional changes.
  • We ensure that our consultants ramp up quickly and fully understand both the assignment expectations and the client's cultural landscape.

Project Transition Services

We know that the last few weeks preceding project completion are critical. Well before the project nears completion, we support the consultant behind the scenes to alleviate any concerns or distractions about "next assignments." We understand the concept of tour of duty, and have processes in place to allow consultants to focus 100% on the successful completion of the project at hand.
